Occupational Therapy (OT)

¬†Occupational Therapy (OT) is an important part of the care and support provided by Medella Home Therapy. Our private occupational therapists (OTs) are experienced in working with elderly patients who are suffering from age-related conditions such as strokes, Parkinson’s, and other neurological conditions.

At Medella Home Therapy, our goal is to help our patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Home visits from our mobile occupational therapists are a key part of this process, as they help our patients develop the skills and confidence they need to carry out daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and cooking.

Our occupational therapists will work with you and your family to understand your specific needs and goals and create a personalised treatment plan to help you achieve them. They will also be able to provide guidance and support to carers and family members to ensure that you can carry out your daily activities safely and independently.

If you or a loved one is suffering from age-related conditions that are affecting your ability to carry out daily activities, please contact Medella Home Therapy. Our therapists will be able to visit you in the comfort of your own home or care home, and provide you with the support you need to help you regain your independence.

Medella Home Therapy provides mobile occupational therapy services to the residents of Ringwood, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Ferndown, Fordingbridge, Verwood, Highcliffe, and surrounding areas in Hampshire and Dorset. Contact us today to learn more about how we can help you or a loved one.
